Instinctive Eating Raw Foods Buffet Lunch

The Instinctive Eating Lunch includes a buffet of dozens of different whole, raw, organic foods, which we eat ìinstinctivelyî ñ a process designed by nature to simultaneously maximize sensual delight, eating satisfaction, and bodily health.

After a brief presentation on Instinctive Eating, we partner off. One person of each pair puts on a blindfold, while the other presents the raw foods, one at a time, to the blindfolded person’s nose, to smell and discover which food is most desirable. By doing this, each person finds the one food that is both most attractive to his/her senses and most needed by the body (in that moment). After everyone finds the food s/he is most attracted to, we eat and experience what it’s like to satisfy our body’s instinctive needs.

These meals are enlivening, fun, and full of essential information for everyone who eats. We 'd love to share this experience with you. Hope you can make it!

Led by Ano Tarletz

Lunches are offered during GY 101 initiation-internship.

$20 per lunch
